Israeli Forces Assault Children During Incursion in Syria’s Quneitra

(MENAFN) Israeli forces reportedly assaulted children during a new incursion into Syria’s Quneitra countryside on Monday, according to Syrian state media.

According to reports, Syrian broadcaster said that Israeli forces entered an area west of Al-Rafid in southern Quneitra, where they allegedly beat four minors and confiscated their mobile phones.

The broadcaster also reported that on Sunday, Israeli troops entered the village of Al-Hurriya in northern Quneitra using several military vehicles and conducted searches of residential homes with a force of more than 30 soldiers.

Syrian media claims that Israeli forces have carried out frequent incursions in southern Syria, including raids, checkpoints, house searches, and detentions in recent days, describing them as repeated violations of Syrian sovereignty.
